Apricot Jell-o

I am excited to share this recipe with you as part of The Longest Day fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association.  Please consider making a donation to help support research to find a cure!

Source:   Cindy Zomar

Donated in Memory of: Evelyn Woods

  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 boxes apricot Jell-o
  • 1 jar apricot baby food
  • 1 can Carnation condensed milk

Chill bowl, beaters, and condensed milk.   Combine cream cheese, pineapple, Jell-o powder, and baby food.  Bring to a boil;  boil for one minute, stirring constantly.   Remove from heat.  Let set until cold.  Whip canned milk and fold in the cooked fruit mixture.  Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill.
