In memory of Ginny Falcsik and in honor of Dennis Falcsik
- 1 cup (6 oz bag) of semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over hot – not boiling – water. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows. Cook, stirring constantly, until melted. Remove from heat and stir in chopped peanuts, peanut butter, and vanilla. Spoon mixture into small fluted paper candy cups.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen snacks.
