Monster Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp Karo syrup
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms

Directions:

Cream together butter and peanut butter. Add sugars and cream together. Add eggs; beat well. Add vanilla, syrup and baking soda. Mix well. Add oatmeal; stir. Stir in chocolate chips and M&Ms.

Roll into balls, press with thumb (if desired). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
